Miss Michigan Rima Fakih took the Miss USA crown for 2010. During the interview portion, she was asked whether birth control should be covered by health insurance. Rima answered that it should because it’s costly. Booring.

The point of all this is that shortly after she won the crown, pictures of her winning a stripper contest came out.

TMZ says that back in 2007, Rima competed in a stripper contest for the Detroid radio morning show Mojo in the Morning. Fakih won “jewelry, gift cards, adult toys and a stripper pole.” She left with a bunch of cash stuffed in her bra. She basically lived the American Dream.

Miss California denounced gay marriage during the Miss USA pageant on Sunday. When asked about the topic during the competition, Carrie Prejean responded,

“We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite. And you know what, I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.”

Co-director of Miss California USA Keith Lewis was saddened by her comment as was co-director Shanna Moakler.

Miss California ended up receiving first runner-up while Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton took the crown.

In other news, people don’t fast forward to the bikini portion of the competition and actually listen to what beauty pageant contestants have to say. Have I been doing this whole watch beauty pageant in underwear thing wrong this whole time?

Last year, Miss USA Rachel Smith became an internet meme after falling on her ass during the Miss Universe pageant. This year, Miss USA Crystle Stewart did the same thing. Both incidents have most likely done nothing but reinforce the popular “models are dumb” belief held by the majority of the world. Bad for models, good for men everywhere since dumb girls = easy anal.

And if you really must know, Miss USA did not win the crown. That honor was given to Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza who awed the judges by walking five feet without eating shit. Golf clap.

Miss USA Rachel Smith made a calculated error in her training for the recent Miss Universe pageant. She failed to perfect the art of walking and smiling at the same time. An error which brought hilarity to an otherwise retarded event. During some portion of the pageant, Rachel strutted down the runway. In mid-walk, her legs wobbled, she looked like she was about to recover and then bam, she falls right on her ass on the polished floor (video below obviously). Hilarity ensues. Miss Japan ended up winning while Rachel took fourth. Rightfully so too. Any nation mass producing robo-dogs and tentacle porn should always receive an automatic victory. It’s even written in the bible.

More Miss USA controversy develops as pictures of Miss Nevada, Katie Rees, have leaked (image source also). The photos show Katie getting drunk at a bar, flashing her nipples, simulating oral sex, making out with other girls and pulling her pants down. Katie is set to compete in this years Miss USA, but things may change once they’re done investigating .

Seriously. The competition this year is just a formality because I think it’s pretty clear who the winner is. It would be a grave injustice if Miss Katie Rees were not to win. These pictures are but a few shining examples of her commitment to excellence. Katie Rees is what this country needs. I think I speak for everyone when I say, “Where are the pictures of the simulated oral sex?”

The Miss USA pageant is expected to make a big announcement today. TMZ thinks they will be stripping the current Miss USA Tara Conner of her title due to inappropriate behavior (slut). The 20-year-old Tara Conner from Russell Springs, Kentucky was crowned Miss USA in April 2006.

Sources tell TMZ that executives from the Miss USA organization and NBC (which broadcasts the pageant) met Tuesday to discuss Conner and alleged incidents of her inappropriate behavior, including her conduct at New York City bars. While no one from the pageant would comment on the rumored troubles, several sources tell TMZ that a big announcement is expected some time Thursday. According to these sources, officials are extremely unhappy with the current Miss USA’s conduct in public.

I echo everyone’s sentiments when I say: Details please! God never in my life have I wanted to know more details. Were guys doing body shots off her? Was she dancing topless on the tables? Was she blowing guys left and right on the barstools? Just give me a hint. My imagination is like one of those cartoon radios on the fritz right now. Sparks are flying everywhere. Southern girls are awesome.

Update: Donald Trump who is head of the Miss USA pageant said reports of Tara Conner being dethroned are untrue. She is just going through some “personal problems” that could affect her ability to reign.
