Sarah Michelle Gellar has gone through somewhat of a resurgence starring in the alarmingly decent Ringer. She’s also surprisingly still married to that dork Freddie Prinze, Jr. and it even sounds like she still lets him have sex with her because Us reports that Sarah is pregnant with her second child.

“She and Freddie are thrilled,” a friend of the pair says. “They’re amazing parents.” Us Weekly

This was some terrible timing as Gellar’s character just went through half the season of Ringer pregnant. Now producers either have to hide her behind tables and shoot her from the waist up to hide that parasite growing inside her or somehow make her lose the baby. Maybe in a dumpster, as I usually suggest to my ex-girlfriends.

A month ago, Star reported Megan Fox unexpectedly found out she was pregnant but wasn’t going public with the news just yet. Everyone assumed Star was yelling wolf again but E! now has a source telling them the same thing. OMG Megan Fox ith pregnant you guyth.

If Fox has her way, the baby could be the start of something big for her and Green, who tied the knot in June 2010.

Vampire Bill finally put a baby in Anna Paquin. Their reps confirmed to EW that Stephen Moyer, 42, and Anna, 29, are expecting their first kid together, Moyer’s third.

No word on how this will be worked into the season or if it needs to be at all but hopefully it’ll be something stupid if it is. Like she was impregnated by a Minotaur and the only way to abort it is if a fairy punched her in the stomach.

According to the infallible Star, Megan Fox just found out she was pregnant and is thuper excited you guys. She’s already stepmom to Brian Austin Green’s 10-year-old and we’re told she’ll be great with the baby. “Megan used to be only concerned with her career, but now family comes first.” Granted, there’s nothing much else to do when your career doesn’t take off as planned.

“They just found out and are incredibly excited,” a source close to the couple told Star, noting that the pregnancy was unexpected.

Tori Spelling won’t stop pushing babies out of her womb and unleashing a plague of hellish Spelling offspring. Tori went on her website today to tell everyone that five months after giving birth to her third kid, she’s pregnant with her fourth.

According to Us, a weekly that doesn’t usually splash half-truths on the cover of their magazine, Reese Witherspoon is pregnant. Seriously, stop with the babies, people.

Us squeals with delight that Reese turns 36 this Thursday and is 12 weeks pregnant with her third child. Her first with new husband Jim Toth who she married last March.

The baby-to-be will join older siblings Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8, Witherspoon’s kids with first husband Ryan Phillippe, from whom she split in 2006 after 7 years of marriage. Pals of Witherspoon and high-powered CAA agent Toth, 41, aren’t shocked by the happy news. “Reese and Jim have been trying to get pregnant,” one pal says.

What is with all these models wanting to get fat? Alessandra Ambrosio is already working on her second kid and now so is Adriana Lima. It’s like an arms race with these Victoria’s Secret models. Why are they stockpiling babies? What nefarious plans do they have?

Nick Lachey announced on Live! With Kelly that he and his wife Vanessa Minnilo are pregnant. The due date is in late summer or early fall so expect their faces on Us or PEOPLE by October or November.

After Vanessa appeared on the show in early January, “she started to feel a little different, not herself,” Nick, 38, explained. “So she went to the store, got a pregnancy test, and it came back positive. So we are having a baby!”

Late last month, Star reported that Snooki was pregnant and was only telling close friends and family. Snooki would later go on Opie & Anthony to deny the rumors. But that denial was a lie to protect the exclusive story she was brokering with Us Weekly. She’s planning on becoming “the next Kourtney Kardashian.” Well… at least she’s realistic.

Sources said the reality star, who denied being preggers earlier this month, has already brokered a deal to announce the news on the cover of Us Weekly after she shopped the story to several celebrity magazines. Page Six

Now MTV is worried the news will affect the “creative direction” of the show.

Star Magazine did the equivalent of shouting fire in a crowded theater when they announced Snooki was pregnant in the upcoming issue of Star. An insider presumably said, “She is pregnant and has only told her closest friends and some family. She’s been telling people that she has a big announcement coming.”

They try to backup their claim by highlighting posts on her Facebook and Twitter which read, “I feel sick,” and “Late night craving… yogurt hits the fricken spot!” Though, this could just amount to her being a little fatty.

Anyway, Snooki went on Opie & Anthony this morning to flat out deny the rumors. This combined with the fact that the gates of Hell have not opened is all the proof I need.

Jay Cutler dumped Kristin Cavallari and called off their wedding two days after Kristin whored out a wedding dress shoot for Life & Style. That was back in August. In November, 30 bj’s later, Jay re-proposed to Kristin and now they’re re-engaged. To make sure she doesn’t get dumped again without some sort of alimony, Kristin is now pregnant. Congrats!
