TMZ has a special report on Priscilla Presley who is one of the “celebrities” on Dancing With the Stars. They reveal that her weird looking face is the result of a “botched cosmetic procedure.” In around 2003, Priscilla went to unlicensed Dr. Daniel Serrano for miracle injections in her face that the good doctor claimed to be better than Botox. That’s if you call “low-grade silicone similar to what’s used to lubricate auto parts in Argentina” a miracle.

Several women, including Shawn King, Larry’s wife, and Diane Richie, Lionel’s wife at the time, held injection parties in their homes, with Serrano needling them with the non-FDA approved drug that he had smuggled in to the U.S. Shawn King has said the injections created a lump in her lip that made it difficult to speak and drink liquids. Serrano charged between $300 and $500 a pop.

But wait, it gets worse. Serrano wasn’t even a licensed doc in the U.S. The injections caused lumps, paralysis and holes in the faces of some of the women (and some men) he injected.

TMZ calls this a “botched cosmetic procedure.” Except, botched implies incompetence. I’m pretty sure Serrano aka Dr. Jiffy Lube knew he was injecting auto lubricant into them. On the bright side, despite the lumps, paralysis and holes in her face, that creaking sound finally went away, Priscilla dances much more smoothly on the show than she would have and she can run for a lot more miles before going in for a tuneup. I guess that’s something.
