The Avengers premiered in the UK last night and walking the red carpet were most of the film’s stars including Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson and, for whatever reason, Cobie Smulders.

Anyway, Scarlett Johansson looked great somehow making a polka-dotted rose-stamped dress work. It’s about two sleeves and shoulder pads away from a dress you’d find in your mother’s closet. Meanwhile, Robert Downey Jr. could have worn the same thing and still looked cool.

Before everyone starts shaking their jowls, refer to this post in which a few people think Robert Downey Jr. is one of four people using the anonymous account “Himmmm” to reveal blind items. Note that the person commenting could very well be a random person who knows the ins and outs of Hollywood pretty well.

In either case, we’ll never know because Himmmm signed off forever the other day in a blind item thread about a longtime actor who slept with an underage teen. But not before accusing Kirk Douglas of brutally raping Natalie Wood and then laughing and mocking her as she stumbled out of a hotel room years ago. To be fair, this rumor has been around forever but it was just that. A rumor. The comment has since been “removed by the author.”

[This story] concerns one of the biggest male stars ever, and one of the most beloved female stars to ever live…

One day she was invited to meet with this movie star about an upcoming major role. This man was a legend already, and was very powerful. … Thinking [s]he herself was powerful and savvy, she accepted the invite. In his hotel room. She never saw it coming.

Without even discussing the film, this actor — drunk already — began making a pass at her. She politely declined, and excused herself. He wouldn’t have it. He literally threw her down, slapped the hell out of her, and ripped her clothes off. He shouted obscenities at her, continually punched and held her arms so tight he left scars and bruises.

He raped her repeatedly, spitting on her, and did permanent damage to her body. She was bleeding everywhere, with a battered face. She passed out. When she came to, the actor was still in the room gloating, and told her to come see him tomorrow night and he might give her the role. She could barely make it back home in her car. She wanted to kill herself, so ashamed of what happened. The damage to her psyche was permanent, and haunted her forever.

…Her mom said she must have made the actor mad and offended him. They called a doctor, who took her to the hospital secretly to have her treated… The studio knew, and did nothing. She never named the star actor publicly, but her friends and family knew the truth. Even after marriage and kids, if she saw this actor anywhere – she would almost convulse and cry. And worst of all, Hollywood and the world continued to honor him, pay him, and treat him like a king.

Today, he’s still alive and barely holding on. But those who know the truth are still hoping and praying he will rot in hell for eternity. That all his good deeds and donations will never mask the truth…

So when the time comes, and the now 95-year -ld Kirk Douglas, the superstar actor, finally dies, there will be tributes and honors about him. Just remember that he is a monster who never repented, apologized, nor showed any sorrow for destroying the lives of others. Especially the life of that young beloved actress named Natalie Wood.

Himmmm then strongly implies he’s Robert Downey Jr. That or the anonymous commenter saw the story linking him with RDJ and just ran with it. He even provided the phone number of Wood’s daughter as proof. Granted, the number could be found in a few searches online.

I worked with Natalie’s daughter on a film in the late 90s. Like her mother, Natasha is an amazing woman and amazing actress who is a great person in every way.

I know a lot of you have speculated that I’m some nobody nut-case pretending to be someone else. Pretending to be a movie star when in fact I’m not. I think that’s kind of hilarious. But if you want to call Natasha and ask her the name of the male actor she co-starred with in a movie with Heather Graham, then go for it. Call her at home if you want to but be polite. Her number is: ac 310 Four [last six digits redacted]. And remember, she’s NOT in on this so don’t blame or interrogate her.

Gawker notes that RDJ was in Two Girls and a Guy with Natasha Gregson Wagner and Heather Graham so theoretically it could be possible that the two got close and Wagner vented to him about what happened.

Anyway, this all makes for a good story I guess. Not like these accusations haven’t been around for ages and not like they haven’t been published at one point before. Too bad we’ll never know the true identity of Himmmm though. Unless Redditors get their hands on this. In which case, it’ll take about 10 minutes before we find out who this guy is.

I don’t know why this story isn’t gaining more traction but through internet sleuthing, aka Google search, there’s a rising suspicion that Robert Downey Jr. is one of four anonymous commenters who have been giving detailed gossip on Hollywood. Most recently claiming Hayden Panettiere works as a call girl.

It all started two weeks ago on Crazy Days and Nights (run by an entertainment lawyer who calls himself Enty) with a blind item that read:

This former B list television actress who was on a really big hit network show just a couple of years ago now just seems to float mindlessly and flit between boyfriends. She comes from a broken home and abusive home. Her dad used to beat her and get into bed with her. Her mom just let it happen because she was being beaten herself and did not want to provoke. Well, now the actress who is still very young only seems to date boyfriends who are abusive and willing to hit her. Her last boyfriend (former A list athlete with B list name recognition) was so scared that he would kill her he broke up with her. Her new celebrity boyfriend does not punch nearly as hard but seems to love it. Probably getting out his anger because he is closeted.

Fingers pointed directly to Hayden Panettiere but things got even more interesting when CDaN commenter Himmmm confirmed it and explained:

Leslie P. is not just a poor victim in this trainwreck. Trust me. She’s at LEAST 50% responsible (if not more) for encouraging, enabling, and at times even participating in her hubby’s twisted fucking life. Leslie’s kinks cross the line into depravity, illegality, and inhuman sickness. As in: Ryan ONeal, John Phillips, Tish Cyrus, and Dan Schnieder territory. (Far worse than Pimpa Joe Simpson!)

She’s not just had chances to stop it or walk away with the kids, but she elected to not protect her kids – and give in to the hedonistic sickness in her bedroom (all for her own greed). You think Dina Lohan is bad?

Leslie’s guilt is compounded by trying to save her daughter’s “IMAGE” (so as not affect her earning potential); and hoovering her own mountain of drugs, booze, fame, and fucking (of everything with legs)…Leslie IS as bad as her hubby – maybe worse because she KNEW it was wrong but didn’t stop it and at times fueling it.

It’s easy to argue that Hayden is forever a victim which drives her own insane life choices – and I’m not a psychologist – but she has taken it further into becoming a willing perpetuator of it (and saying she loves it). Not just the physical and mental violence she enjoys, but her insatiable appetite for the most bizarre shit she can indulge in to “top” herself. She was offered help by some who genuinely cared for her and worried for her. She mocked them and tore off on her own streak. Now? She craves it and considers nothing taboo. NOTHING! Just ask Mario Lopez (right Enty?).

The comment was picked up by ONTD whose own commenters did some digging, finding hints from past Himmmm comments. They first thought it was Hollywood insider Talley Griffith but Himmmm denied it and gave a little more detail:

The poor bastard (lol) getting all the heat who was supposedly outed as “him” took the heat to protect ME and my career/privacy. He used to work with me, and his family is part of the biz too. He’s an amazing writer, producer, director and musician. He’s the pal who got me hooked on Blinds because his family goes back DEEP into old, old Hwood. As in the OLDEST Hwood ever. Pretty much nobody but me has posted here in the last year (except my CTO who was HimJacker and my wife as Herrrr). Otherwise, it’s me. I don’t have time to do this all day every day, but try to chime in when I can. It’s the only vice I can get away with :-)

We had a serious meeting after this crap spread because it could cause REAL WORLD issues for all of us, especially ME. Err, I mean Himmm. Which IS me. (Shit, I sound like Ted C. now!).

Anyway, people can speculate all they want. That’s their right. I will never come out and say my name, and I’ll retire this hobby first. Some on CDAN know who I am, and I thank them for their secret-keeping. I am NOT any better or more special than ANY of you (Maja, BigMama, Reno, RocketQ, etc.). I do this for fun, and occasionally to try and right some wrongs (even my own). I don’t use an anon name because it’s false info I share…I have to be anon because it is TRUE!

Armed with this background information and the past reveals Himmmm dropped about him/themselves, it’s now suspected it’s Robert Downey Jr. They cite past comments confirming or denying past blind items that were specifically about Robert Downey Jr.

I have no issue with ANYTHING people voluntarily do in their private life as long as it is consenting – (kids and animals cannot consent!), and NOT hurting another mentally or physically. I’m no saint, especially in my youth but am close these days-lol. And all I’ll say about another old topic? I am NOT a cross-dresser! My wife happens to collect vintage clothing and it’s tough to surprise her when you share a home and office. But I admit I DO look good in pumps and a dress,:-)

The trailer for the upcoming Avengers movie finally debuted on the web so now all the superheroes in those so-so movies you watched this year will be teaming up to give you even more mediocrity. The only thing I ask from this movie is Robert Downey Jr. not dial it in and more shots of Scarlett Johansson clad in leather standing in front of explosions for no reason at all. It’s just so cool, man! Even Michael Bay got an erection.

Looks like you don’t have to wait for Harry Potter to see the first trailer for Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows because it’s on iTunes and YouTube right now.

I have to say though. I’m a little disappointed. The scenes are very typical of the first but I can’t believe they replaced Rachel McAdam’s ass with Noomi Rapace, the chick from The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo series. Rachel McAdams’ ass was so much hotter.

The new trailer for Iron Man 2 just came out and if you just heard what sounded like the shrill, piercing scream of a 9-year-old girl, that was me! I haven’t been this excited since I found out M&M’s came in different colors for different holidays.

Bad ass man in iron suit. War Machine! Guns firing! Explosions! Moar explosions! Scarlett Johansson in leather. Ahhhhh! Quick. Give me a bag. I have to hyperventilate.

This Newsweek interview with Brad Pitt, Anne Hathaway, Robert Downey Jr., Frank Langella and Sally Hawkins started out innocently enough with them answering questions like if they Google themselves. Brad said never since he doesn’t know how to operate a computer. Anne Hathaway said no, but changed her answer shortly after RDJ replied:

Oh, I love all that s—-, personally. Sorry. I love just it. Because it’s a hoot. Some people overstate their support, like they know you. Other people are busy doing something else and just want to go on this chat site and say some despicable character assassination, which I honestly think they kind of nailed it. I do have that shortcoming. It’s really fun.

Anne said she’s embarrassed by it. Brad bitches and moans about how he has to promote movies with anecdotes about his life.

Then the interview turns weird as RDJ launches into a tangent.

Downey: I got a story for you. I go to Japan. “Iron Man” is opening there. I’m like, dude, this is my walk of fame. I go there and they go, [he mimics a Japanese accent] “Small problem with your passport, it links up to some incredible criminal activity.” I’m like yeah, yeah, yeah. “You did not make claim of said activity.” I was like, “I got tired.” “We would like to interrogate you.” I was like, “Interrogate? Fine, great.” Six hours later, I’m sitting there in the Japanese interrogation suite. A lady comes out, “So were you in jail or prison?” I go, “Both.” “How long?” “Sixteen months.” “Do you know the name of the first infraction you had in 1995?” I was like, “It’s hard for me to remember because I’ve been arrested so many times.” “We cannot let you enter our country.” They decided later that I can come in to do the press, “But I must please never come to Japan again.” So I’ll wrap this up quickly. We go to the Iron Chef restaurant. They give me the finest Kobe beef, and I am doubled over for yoo-hoo status for the next two days.

Langella: I don’t know what that means.

Downey: I ate a piece of beef that was super-expensive, I got a parasite, and I was yoo-hoo. I was Brown Betty for two days.

Langella: See, he has his own language.

Downey: Then what happens, a Japanese robot shows up on the red carpet. He carries in a 500-pound barrel of sake. I’m going like, I kind of have plans for Christmas, you should keep that away from me. They wanted me to smash the sake cast open with the robotic Iron Man.

Pitt: There’s some wacky humor going on over there. Japan, those toilets, all automated. They fumigate, they spray, they massage.

I’m not sure Brad Pitt was listening to a word RDJ said. A fucking Japanese robot showed up with a 500-pound barrel of sake and asked him to smash it. Is that all Brad could muster? Wacky humor? This sounds like something Abe Simpson would tell Lisa and Bart. I would be backing out of the room right after that. I don’t want to get shivved.

All kidding aside, I don’t think Downey was high. This is Japan we’re talking about. They used to sell used panties in vending machines. An alcohol lugging robot doesn’t sound too far-fetched. They were probably trying to do a Futurama impersonation of Bender, but something was lost in translation or maybe their Hentai costume was at the cleaners.

Two separate accidents that occurred on the set of Guy Ritchie’s new Sherlock Holmes movie has caused the crew to joke that there is a curse surrounding this film.

One accident involved Jude Law who had to flee the set after a tanker exploded into a fireball.

Another involved Robert Downey Jr. who was knocked out with a left hook by 7ft Robert Maillet (the uber immortal in 300). The Sun reports he was “out cold” for six seconds and “drooling blood.”

“Robert was accidentally caught on the chin by a thundering hook. He went flying and was out cold.”

“He didn’t want to go to hospital and kept trying to get up. He’s a trooper. But there have been lots of other problems too.”

The Sun fails to mention, however, that as soon as Downey fell to the floor and started gurgling blood, an excited grip dropped his mic, ran over to his crumpled body and in his best Chris Tucker voice, shouted, “You got knocked the fuck out!,” eliciting boisterous laughter and hi-fives from the other crew members. Well played, sir.

Robert Downey Jr. tells the Sunday Times that he is a reformed compulsive, serial masturbator. He says, “I utilised that organ and rode it for everything it was worth.” RDJ also claims he used to be obsessed with sex, but isn’t anymore because of his “sacred” union to movie producer Susan Levin. “Almost always, guys want to get laid. They have a girlfriend, they want to f*** her friend. But I’m not that guy.”

To put his old habit into perspective, RDJ dated Sarah Jessica Parker for seven years. Sarah Jessica Parker looks like a monster so I don’t know why he was with her in the first place, but if I had to choose between sex with her and secretly masturbating to a Barbie doll in the bathroom, I’d go with the secret masturbation thing too.

Edward Norton’s The Hulk hopes to revitalize the falling green monster franchise with better cgi — looks the same — a new Bruce Banner, a new Betty Ross and a surprise cameo by Robert Downey Jr. who reprises his role as Iron Man aka Tony Stark. Usually, these types of crossovers are kept secret until people actually go watch the film, but Marvel is attempting a new strategy in acknowledging The Hulk might suck and instead, aiming to build off the popularity of Iron Man.

A better strategy would have been to ask Leslie Bibb from Iron Man to get naked. That would be cool because she’s hot. Oh and they could drip honey over her body and then have her suck on a banana and do other sexy things with fruits. The Hulk? What?

This is the first shot from Ben Stiller’s Tropic Thunder and if you think the black guy looks familiar, that’s probably because you’ve seen him before. It’s Robert Downey Jr. But Don’t worry NAACP. He’s not a white guy playing a black guy. He’s a white guy playing an actor playing a black guy.

Stiller says that he and Downey always stayed focused on the fact that they were skewering insufferable actors, not African-Americans. ”I was trying to push it as far as you can within reality,” Stiller explains. ”I had no idea how people would respond to it.” He recently screened a rough cut of the film and it scored high with African-Americans. Okay. I think I know why I ended up with three broken ribs and a shattered cheekbone on Halloween. I explained my costume all wrong. I wasn’t dressed as a black guy. I was dressed as an actor dressed as a black guy. You know. Satire.
