Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are asking for a divorce for the third time. The most recent filing was back in June. After reconciling, Sean pulled out of two movies and called the filing an “arrogant mistake.” They list “irreconcilable differences” as the reason and have stated they will share custody of their 16-year-old son. Robin won’t ask for spousal support.

People say that this time it’s for real. Maybe. Which is great because they need to get this over with. My poor heart can’t take the anticipation anymore. This is almost as bad as when I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and they told me they ran out of cheese, then they found more, but then they ran out of ham. Stop toying with me sandwich man!

For the second time in their marriage, Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have asked to dismiss their legal separation case implying that they are reconciling again. Could it be because Natalie Portman totally denied that she and Penn were romantically involved thus dashing any hopes Sean might have had about hittin’ that? Possibly, but who cares?

They should stop being so wishy washy. I can’t imagine what their sex life is like. It’d probably take an hour just to decide which hole Sean is going to stick it in.

There’s been loads of rumors about Sean Penn hooking up with strange so it’s no surprise that he’s filing for “legal separation with minor children” from his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn. Again. The papers were filed last Friday.

Sean’s first petition for divorce filed in December 2007 was dismissed. Robin’s petition filed three days later was also dismissed at their request in April 2008.

Sean didn’t even thank his wife during his Oscar acceptance speech. He told Oprah that his gratitude was “implicit” and if he had thanked his wife, he had to thank his children, mother, etc. *Coughassholecough* Sorry, I’m a little sick.

It’s tricky deciding whether or not Sean Penn is happy about the failure of his marriage. He always looks like he’s in pain when he smiles. That’s probably because he’s like the Terminator. He has only one setting: surly. All other expressions are just slight variations of that one.
