A 26-year-old superfan named Miranda Tozier-Robbins, a contestant on American Idol’s 5th season, was arrested Thursday morning for sneaking onto Britney’s private property wearing camo, carrying a backpack and video camera and peeping into her windows. Security noticed her trespassing and asked her to leave. She refused and had to be physically escorted off the premises.

She has since been released on a citation and is due in court on June 16.

On Robbins’ AI audition, she sang “Everytime” by Britney Spears and on her blog profile wrote, “I have issues but I’m working on them.”

Britney was not home at the time of the incident, but once she heard about it, she rushed home to make sure her stash of Cadbury eggs were OK. Whew. They were. Those things are seasonal, you know?

A stalker, 34-year-old Robert O’Ryan, claiming he was meant to be with Shawn Johnson was caught sneaking around the set of Dancing With the Stars on Monday. A CBS employee called security when they saw him hopping a fence. The crazy dude had an expired concealed weapons license and admitted to having two guns in his car. When LAPD searched his vehicle, they discovered materials used for kidnapping including the two aforementioned guns, duct tape and other questionable items.

According to documents filed by Johnson, “The LAPD searched [O'Ryan's] vehicle and located a loaded .45 handgun, a loaded shotgun, and materials classically used for kidnapping including duct tape, zip ties, and a map to the victim. Also found were love letters, clippings and other information on the victim.”

According to the documents, O’Ryan told police “He had packed all his belongings and permanently left Florida to drive out here to be with [Shawn Johnson], he believes that she speaks to him personally through the television set and through ESP and that they will have a child together, he stated he would be with her no matter what.”

Johnson’s mother has since filed a restraining order claiming “she’s in fear for her life, she is extremely upset by this incident and her entire family and those around are all extremely concerned and fearful that [O'Ryan] might try to kidnap her or harm her in an effort to make good on his statements.”

O’Ryan might have been over-thinking things. Isn’t Shaw Johnson four feet tall? She’s practically the size of a gnome. If he really wanted to kidnap her, all he needed was a burlap sack and a baseball bat.
