Us Weekly by way of Hollywood Life says Taylor Swift was dumped again. This time by potential Les Miserables co-star Eddie Redmayne. They say when Taylor failed to secure the role in the movie, Eddie dumped her. He didn’t want to do a long distance relationship.

“They hung out in New York City with the movie’s execs,” a source explains. “And Taylor developed feelings for him fast.”

“Taylor loved the image of a British boyfriend,” the insider adds.

Eddie liked her too, but when she wasn’t cast in the role, their romance came to a halt, since he will be away filming the movie in London.

“Eddie’s not interesting in a long-distance relationship. The elements were against them. It’s a shame,” the source says. Hollywood Life

I’m pretty sure what he really meant was he would be off in London banging groupies and didn’t want his guilt getting in the way. In any case, at least Taylor will have enough material for her next album and she’ll be happy(?) to hear all the comparisons to Jennifer Aniston.

A few others include Sean Kingston returning after his terrible jet ski accident where he crashed into a bridge, Joe Jonas’ ex Taylor Swift seated next to Joe Jonas’ ex Ashley Greene and proof that teens shouldn’t be given the power to do anything much less vote, Rebecca Black winning an award for Choice Web Star.

Selena Gomez was also a big winner yesterday. She won five awards including Choice Female Hottie, TV Comedy Actress, Music Single, Best Love song and Musical Group. She should have also gotten one for Choice Unplanned Pregnancy because I’m pretty sure that’s where her relationship with Justin Bieber is heading. Speaking of which, Justin Bieber won for Choice Male Hottie. What is this, prom? He also won for Choice Twit. A decidedly deserved award. Anyway, EW has a better rundown of everything that went down if you really must know.

When you buy a house for between $3 million to $4 million, you lose all rights to describe it as “cozy, small and charming” even if the house is the size of a shack. But that’s how Page Six described Taylor Swift’s new, very secluded house in Beverly Hills. A source said she bought it so she won’t have to stay in hotels when she’s in LA. Her main home will still be in Nashville.

Jake Gyllenhaal allegedley dumped Taylor Swift over the phone a while ago but the two might not be done yet because they both hit up Bound’ry, a restaurant near Taylor’s Nashville condon, on Wednesday where they were led back to a table for two.

A diner told PEOPLE “they did eat” and that “they were cordial to one another, but not affectionate.” Another person who couldn’t mind their own business said, “there was no holding hands, but they seemed happy together. They sat next to the fireplace just chatting away.”

You can’t dump a girl by phone these days without people expecting you give her some closure and thus being forced into a fake pr stunt this is. That’s why I prefer to dump my girlfriends with a note written with letters I cut out from a magazine. That way they think I’m a lunatic and never want to speak to me again out of fear.

Raccoon faced Taylor Momsen is sorry she blamed her parents for robbing her of her childhood. She tells Britain’s Kerrang! magazine (via StarPulse) that she didn’t mean it like that.

Backstage at the People’s Choice Awards last Wednesday, Jennifer Aniston allegedly went up to Taylor Swift, whose relationships have mimicked hers recently, to tell her to “hang in there” and that “everything will be okay.” According to a source, Jen told Taylor to “go out there and have fun.”

Instead of giving her advice, Aniston could have made a “come hither” motion with her finger and in a zombie voice said, “One of uuuussss,” and it’d have scared Taylor just as straight.

A source tells PEOPLE that Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift have ended their white dressed, unicorn romance. “They’re over. It ended last month,” says the source.

Jake and Taylor were last seen together on Dec. 9. There’s no confirmation yet from the two but they spent the holidays and their birthdays apart.

The good news is we get to hear Taylor Swift sing another song about her ex-boyfriend. At this point it just sounds like she’s bragging. “Hey, look how many famous dudes I’ve nailed!”

Taylor Swift celebrated her 21st birthday at her Nashville home with Jake Gyllenhaal on Monday night. Sources say she and Jake were reportedly “cuddly” and “obsessed” with each other. Also, there was no drinking. What kind of GD 21st birthday party is this?

Although she’s now of legal age, Swift didn’t drink alcohol at the Christmas-themed bash, the reveler says. In fact, the source says, “no one was drinking” during the fete. But she and Gyllenhaal were “cuddly and so cute” and “obsessed” with one another, the reveler says.

The party-goer adds that no other celebs surfaced for the fete at the country star’s recently purchased home, which was decorated with yuletide decorations throughout. “I want a Christmas-themed birthday, because I love Christmas as much as my birthday,” Swift recently told Us Weekly in Taylor Swift: Inside My World. “Combining the two just seems like the perfect festivity.”

She hinted that she wasn’t interested in imbibing alcohol too much: “My friends drink, but I’ve never felt the need to,” Swift said.
