Greetings all,

It has been brought to my attention that people who do not know me think that I have had an affair with Tony Parker. I have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from supportive friends who do know me and know that what is being insinuated about me is a complete lie. I am so busy with my children and law school studies that to take even a few moments out of my day to address this ludicrous issue is an annoyance. I only take the time to explain myself because apparently my silence, as a result of my indifference, has been construed as an admission of guilt. These are my words and this is the last you will hear from me on this subject because I have more important things to do.

I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided.

Every day I dedicate myself to being a good person and the best Mom that I can possibly be for my two beautiful children. I pride myself on being a Mom first, an advocate for abused children second, and a law student third. Those are the things that are of the utmost importance to me. I have spent my adult life fighting for children who have been victimized so forgive me for not caring when someone tells me that my name is being dragged through the mud.

Salacious rumors are not what keep me awake at night. What keeps me awake is wondering how the 5-year-old who was taken away from her abusive family is sleeping during her first night in a children’s shelter. I worry about friends fighting overseas and whether or not they will return home to their families. I worry about the health of my children, my family, and my friends. I worry about soccer uniforms, carpool, immunizations, baseball practice, paying the bills on time, grocery shopping, the kid’s homework, and so many other things that may seem menial to some people; but to me are everything. Right now I worry about my law school finals… being a first year law student is much scarier than dealing with gossip!

Happy Thanksgiving. My family and I want thank our troops and their families for their sacrifices that enable us to enjoy our freedoms this holiday season.

For the hurt that Tony Parker caused by sexting Erin Barry behind Eva Longoria’s back, Eva hatched a plan to get revenge. It was a very “meh” scheme. From Radar:

When Desperate Housewives star Eva discovered the relationship and the texts her marriage blew up and she and Tony agreed to divorce. “But Eva was hurt and she wanted a little revenge,” the source revealed. “So she blindsided Tony with the divorce filing.

“They were working out the details about who was going to file and when. They didn’t want it to become a messy divorce. Then Eva got a little revenge and didn’t tell Tony she was filing and dropped the papers on him, catching him off balance for the media blitz.”

While some reports have said the texts between Tony and Erin were “innocent” that’s absolutely not true, RadarOnline.com learned. The texts were flirtatious and sexual and “crossed the line,” a source close to the situation revealed.

If Eva wanted to really uphold the crazy Latina stereotype, she would have melted Tony’s championship rings into the shape of a penis.

A source close to Tony Parker (coughTonyParkercough) tells Celebuzz that the texts he sent to Brent Barry’s wife, Erin Barry, were innocuous and that Eva is prone to jealousy. They also add that Eva conveniently waited for Parker to sign a four-year $45 million deal with the Spurs before filing for divorce and tells you to take that however you want.

According to the source, the Barrys have been close friends with Longoria and Parker for some time, even spending New Year’s Eve together a couple of years ago at Longoria’s Los Angeles restaurant, Beso. The Barrys are currently in the midst of a divorce and, our source adds, Parker and Erin’s texts involved the two leaning on each other as their respective marriages went through troubles. A seemingly innocent exchange between close friends, it would seem, but Longoria appears to be prone to jealousy in her marriage to Parker.

If I was a famous celebrity accused of cheating, I’d also pretend to be a “source” and tell people that it didn’t happen. When the reporter asks, “You sound a lot like… is this Tony Parker?,” I’ll just hang up the phone real fast. They won’t suspect a thing.

Eva Longoria’s BFF, Mario Lopez, tells Extra/his employer that Tony Parker cheated on her with at least two women. One of which was Erin Barry, his former teammate Brent Barry’s wife. The other woman came early in the marriage and Tony still keeps in touch with her on Facebook.

“Eva wants everyone to know, she’s devastated by the rumors of Tony’s infidelity. She loved her husband and is heartbroken about their split,” said good friend, Mario Lopez. “But she’s strong.”

Longoria herself tweeted, “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”

A famous basketball player cheated on his wife? If you could see me right now you’d see me nonchalantly picking my nose because this is the least shocking thing I’ve heard all week.

Eva Longoria filed for divorce today from her husband of three years, Tony Parker. For real this time. TMZ reported that documents were filed in Texas on Tuesday but backtracked after everyone denied it. Now PEOPLE reports that Eva filed the papers Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The petition cites only the standard “irreconcilable differences” for the split. But this past week the couple have been rocked with infidelity rumors, with claims that Tony has been unfaithful.

Longoria is seeking spousal support from Parker. The couple have a prenuptial agreement signed the month before their wedding and updated two years later. The petition says their date of separation is still to be determined.

TMZ reported Tony Parker and Eva Longoria filed for divorce on Tuesday but quickly retracted the statement after reps and a county clerk denied it. Us, however, says that while it may not be happening today, Eva will eventually file for divorce. Due largely in part to Tony’s “cheating”.

Multiple sources tell Us Weekly that Longoria Parker, 35, recently discovered that her husband, 28, has been exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year — hundreds in just one month.

“Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal,” says one insider, adding that her husband confessed to the inappropriateness – which took place for nearly a year – after she confronted him. Adds another friend, “Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over.”

“Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him,” adds the pal. “She’s inconsolable.”

This just says the two were texting. Unless Tony nailed the mystery girl during away games, this should be something they could work through. Unless the texts said “when is your next away game so you can nail me?” In that case, he’s screwed.

TMZ reported earlier today that two clerks had told them Tony Parker and Eva Longoria had filed for divorce. After reps for Tony denied it and reps for Eva told them she doesn’t even have a divorce lawyer, TMZ is now issuing a correction saying they’re not divorcing at all.

Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.

Wow. What an amazing ride that was. First they were getting a divorce and now they’re not. I was on the edge of my seat with each announcement.

According to TMZ, Tony Parker filed for divorce from Eva Longoria yesterday in Texas. Reps for Tony say the report is 100% false.

However, TMZ still insists it’s happening because two court officials at the Bexar County, Texas courthouse told them it was just filed yesterday and sealed by the judge.

Maybe TMZ is wrong. Maybe it was another Tony Parker and Eva Longoria that were married in Texas. There must be hundreds of them out there.

In a Hollywood sex survey by Cosmo, Eva Longoria said she isn’t adverse to being tied up with silk scarves. She likes a man to take charge and finds sexiness in being submissive. Eva and I would get along great together. I like to tie women up too. But only in Ryan Seacrest’s basement and then calling SWAT on him.

Nonetheless, The Sun had to ruin this beautiful moment with Kirsten Dunst’s answer. She told Cosmo that she and Jake Gyllenhaal did it in a store changing room.

Hey, who asked snaggletooth? Was it you? No? How about you? No? You mean she volunteered this information and no one ran away in abject fear? Were you guys even listening during orientation?

It’s that time of year again. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have hit the St. Tropez waters. Here are some shots of Eva and Tony jumping overboard into the ocean. Presumably to distance themselves from the dead body they woke up next to that morning.

Eva Longoria addressed those pregnancy rumors on Tuesday in an interview with Le Grand Journal. Eva told the magazine, “I’m just fat.” As Eva sat there braying like a donkey, her husband, Tony Parker, “chuckled nervously.”

To make Gabrielle look like she has two kids, Longoria has said she ate “everything in sight! Pasta … pizza.

“Tony and I went crazy this summer!” the actress, who also stopped working out, told Entertainment Tonight.

Her other secret for looking heavier? “I have butt pads, I have thigh pads, I have stomach pads!”

When you’re wife/girlfriend starts talking about their weight, you may want to run away. Anything you do will be viewed as criticism. Tony probably wasn’t sure what to do. Laugh at her joke and admit that she’s put on a few unsightly pounds or not laugh and imply what she said wasn’t funny. Either way, he loses. In this  situation, he might as well have gone all out by laughing really hard, grabbing Eva’s jelly rolls and yelling, “Look at this fatty!” You know, make the next two sexless weeks worth it.

The creator and executive producer of Desperate Housewives, Marc Cherry, so desperate for ratings (hehe, see what I did there? I’m awesome) has revealed that Eva Longoria is trying to get pregnant with Tony Parker. There are rumors that Eva is already pregnant, but Marc said those pictures of Eva looking ugly and fat are part of the storyline for the show’s next season.

“Gaby is having a very tough time being the mother of two overweight, hyperactive children,” Cherry revealed of the show’s next season, which advances five years. “But Eva is having a marvelous time playing her!”

If Eva ever gives birth, that thing will take one look at her without makeup and claw their way back into her womb. But, knowing Eva, she’ll grab it by the leg and drag it back out to have their picture taken by the surrounding paparazzi. I wouldn’t be surprised if Eva told them to get closeups of her dilated cervix.

This was a couple of days ago, but a genius fan brought a cardboard cutout of Eva Longoria to the Spurs vs New Orleans game and put it up when Tony Parker was shooting free throws to distract him. It worked. Tony Parker missed his two free throws before security took the guy away. And the Spurs lost. Ha, you suck.

Next time they should bring a cardboard cutout of Eva Longoria with no makeup. Freak out all the Spurs. Instead of free throws, the Spurs will just be chucking the ball at Eva’s head in a futile attempt to kill her. When that fails, they’ll probably curl up in the fetal position and start sucking their thumbs.
