Over the weekend, Travis Barker drove one of his classic cars through Calabasas, California and the photogs noticed he may have been hiding a girl in the back seat.

Coincidentally on Sunday, there was an amber alert for a girl with brown hair, brown eyes last seen in a green car. Putting two and two together, it’s pretty clear what’s going on here. Travis saved that girl! What a hero!

On a serious note, you know a relationship isn’t going to work when your boyfriend is ashamed to be even seen with you.

Travis Barker did it right quick. Now it’s DJ AM’s turn. Adam Goldstein has sued the estates of the two dead pilots, Sarah Lemmon and James Bland, who AM blames for the plane crash that left him and Travis Barker badly burned and four others dead. He is suing for a litany of claims including pain and suffering, lost earnings, property damage, past and future medical and health-related expenses, and punitive damages.

Also named in the suit are Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Exec Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet. Basically anyone who had anything to do with the plane. Anyone know who provided the peanuts? DJ AM wants to sue them too. TMZ reports:

In the lawsuit filed this afternoon in L.A. County Superior Court, Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, claims as the jet reached takeoff speed the pilots became aware one or more of the tires had blown. The suit contends, “Rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner.” The plane overshot the runway and burst into flames.

Let me get this straight. He wanted them to take off. I don’t know much about air travel or these winged horses, but how did AM expect the plane to land without the same thing happening? Okay, yea, they probably would have had more time to figure out a solution. And maybe the pilot could have landed in the water. And maybe everyone on that plane could have drowned instead of being burned. But apart from repairing the tire in mid-flight or forest pixies banding together to guide the plane to a safe landing, I don’t see a less disastorous outcome.

Travis Barker filed a lawsuit against the owners and builders of the “defective” Learjet whose crash resulted in the deaths of four and left his body covered in third-degree burns. Travis is seeking compensation for “pain and suffering, mental anguish, psychological and emotional distress and disfigurement and pre-impact fear of death and burning.” DJ AM isn’t part of the lawsuit.

Per court documents filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Barker’s camp believes that “one or more of the tires failed, leaving tire debris and portions of airplane components along the 8,600 foot runway” and the pilot made a “negligent attempt to abort the takeoff.”

“The pilot’s decision was a breach of their duty owed to the passengers onboard and was a substantial factor in causing the crash and resultant injuries and deaths,” the suit continues.

Moreover, the jet’s “landing gear, tires, wheels, brakes, reverse thrust system, squat switches and component parts were not airworthy.”

Travis told E! News that “if something goes wrong that’s not supposed to go wrong or you fall victim to it, I think you should be compensated.” Which is completely true. When bad things happen to people, they are entitled to a large lump sum of no less than $700,000. It’s in the constitution under the section titled “The American Dream.”

Despite being told that it would be two weeks until he would be released, Travis Barker made his way out of the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia.

“Travis is in good condition and was discharged this morning,” Burn Center spokesperson Beth Frits told PEOPLE Monday. “He has left Augusta.”

“He’s on a bus headed to L.A.” the source tells PEOPLE. “Trust me, he will never fly again – ever.”

That’s a little presumptuous. How will he go from LA to NY or even Europe. Is he going to drive? Take a train? Take a boat? What is he? Christopher Columbus? Is he going to tie a bunch of balloons to himself and hope to float over the Atlantic Ocean like David Blaine? Because I’m no genius, but I think that would be much more dangerous than using an airplane.

DJ AM was released from Doctors Hospital in August, Georgia after a week of being treated for second and third degree burns. He is currently on his way back to LA.

“While he is deeply saddened by the events he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends world wide,” the rep said. “We ask that you continue respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends.”

Travis Barker is still in the hospital being treated for burns on the lower half of his body. Barker’s business partner Jermaine Dupri says he should be out of the hospital in two weeks.

Good for Travis and DJ AM. Fight those burns. Don’t let fire win. Why is fire always causing trouble anyway? Why does it have to be that way? I blame its parents.

WOLO-TV put up the dash cam video from a police cruiser that responded to the scene of Travis Barker and DJ AM’s plane crash in South Carolina. You can see the fire from the wreckage and hear Travis crying for help on 911. Corners say that the two pilots died from smoke inhalation while the other two passengers died from impact related injuries. God, this must be the worst blown tire in the history of the world.

Although they remain in critical condition at the Joseph Still Burn Center, Travis Barker and DJ AM are expected to make a full recovery. TMZ reports that they may have saved their own lives by jumping out of the door of the plane immediately after it came to a complete stop. It’s unclear why the other four passengers who died didn’t do the same. The cockpit voice recorder shows that a blown tire may have caused the accident. Investigations are ongoing.

“Reasons could be anything from inflation levels, materials, punctures, design, etc. So we are doing everything in our power to learn what transpired and make recommendations so nothing like this ever happens again.”

PEOPLE also reports that Shanna Moakler rushed to Travis Barker’s side while Mandy Moore rushed to DJ AM’s. Which proves that even tragedies such as this have a silver lining. You know these guys are getting a week of bj’s once they’re discharged from the hospital. It almost makes having 90% of their body charred worth it. Almost.

Former Blink-182/Aquabats drummer Travis Barker and former Nicole Richie boyfriend Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein were seriously injured in a jet crash that killed four people in South Carolina Friday night. Among the dead were Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills; co-pilot James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad; Chris Baker, 29, of Studio City; and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles. Baker was Travis’ assistant and Still was Travis’ security guard.

The Learjet crashed during takeoff. Air traffic controllers “saw sparks coming from the runway — whether that was from the aircraft or its engines, we don’t know.” Barker and Goldstein were seen running around the runway stripping off their clothes to put out the flames. They are in critical condition with extensive burns and are being treated at a burn center in Augusta, GA.

“They overran the end of runway 11. They impacted the antenna array and a number of lights at the end of the runway. They went through the perimeter fence and across the roadway here,” said NTSB spokeswoman Debbie Hersman, briefing reporters on Saturday. “There was a significant post-crash fire.”

I don’t want to make light of this situation, but if Travis ever wanted to get rid of a few of his tattoos, now would be a good time.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler deny getting back together despite pictures proving otherwise. The two were spotted at Pure for the Barkers Famous Stars and Straps Fashion Showcase.

This girl goes from punching Paris in the grill for making out with Travis, feuding over MySpace and throwing a Las Vegas divorce party to tonguing the man she hated. She’s like a pitbull. One morning, Travis will wake up from a night of animalistic sex to find Shanna throwing his lobbed off penis in the garbage disposal.

Shanna Moakler wins my spite award. She has sent out flyers promoting a divorce party at Bellagio in Las Vegas on Friday. This comes days after Travis was caught making out with Paris Hilton at a Halloween party in front of Shanna. I assume that would send any ex over the edge. Travis had this to say on his MySpace page,

This really sucks. I’m really emotional over what’s happening. I was going to throw my supermodel bikini pillow fight party on the same day, but now my plans might be ruined. And I already sent out the invitations. What supermodel will pillow fight me in a bikini on the same day as a divorce party? I attribute all this to Shanna being difficult when I suggested we coordinate our dates. This could have been avoided sweety. You’ve just made a powerful enemy.

Update: Awesome. Both Shannon and Travis don’t understand the meaning of paragraphs. At least her caps lock isn’t broken. Since her post isn’t private, here’s part of her unholy rambling.

I do not conveniently and for my best interest edit and leave huge parts of the stories out. I have since tried to take the high road and turn the other cheek even when my soon to be ex was verbally bashing me on the Internet, in the media and flaunting his spiteful and vindictive relationships in my face. I am NOT the one running around the world with the town drug obsessed clown who is the epitome of everything I claim I am NOT!

After the awesomeness of Shanna Moakler punching Paris in the face (it will never get old, never never), Paris broke it off with Travis Barker because “Paris realized this was not what she needed in her life right now.” And you people say this girl isn’t bright.

Continuing with the Paris / Nicole double news, MSNBC says Nicole Richie’s new man is Samuel Plouchart, a fashion editor at the French Magazine Citizen K. Nicole quipped “new boy, new look.” I think she’s serious.

Meanwhile, Brody Jenner, Nicole’s ex, confided that at the end of their relationship, she didn’t treat him like a friend or boyfriend, but he cared deeply and even tried to help Nicole with her weight problem. A source says:

“He tried to help her gain weight. When she’d eat a few bites and stop, he’d say, ‘Finish that!’”

As funny as that is, he should have followed it up with “You fat pig!” and stuffed a handful of cake in her mouth.

Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker had a Myspace war of words yesterday. Travis made a Myspace for himself and posted a blog on why they broke up. It included a description of a day in his life.

Barker claimed that on a typical day, he would get up with his children at around 5:30 a.m. Moakler, on the other hand, stayed in bed until around 2 p.m. and was frequently out late partying, said Barker. He added that the couple’s kids often referred to their nanny as “Mommy.”

Barker also claimed that Moakler had neglected to mention that she would be competing on the third season of Dancing with the Stars or that she had a MySpace page.

“I was informed by our realtor that Shanna was doing Dancing with the Stars? Why wouldn’t she tell me, right?” he wrote. “A MySpace account? Where she posts pix of our kids and her and I half naked? Weird?”

However, Barker’s true breaking point came when he discovered condoms in their home, according to his posting.

“We don’t use condoms ever,” he wrote, insinuating that his wife had been unfaithful, a claim he also made to the New York Post.

“I’m sad to say those allegations [of infidelity] are true,” Barker told the paper via a rep. “My priority will remain my children.”

If you didn’t read through that, then I don’t blame you. To sum it up, Shanna is lazy and sleeps all day then goes out to party while Travis is at home taking care of the kids. Travis then found used condoms on the floor that weren’t from him. Before he took down his post, he also said Shanna was having an affair with some guy she met on Myspace. Shanna responded saying she was “concerned for his sanity” and that his lifestyle is taking a toll on him.

That’s pretty low. If you’re going to hide an affair, at least clean up the dirty condoms. That’s rule #1. Rule #2 is never have an affair with some guy from Myspace. Rule #3 is if you must choose someone from Myspace, at least have it be me.

So this is kind of late, sue me. Wait, don’t. Travis Barker was the one to file for divorce from his wife of 2 years, Shanna Moakler. There aren’t any details as to why this happened, but it’s probably due to Shanna being easily jealous. She has posted something on her MySpace about it.

I can only say thank you to all those who have sent such touching letters, well wishes and prayers. i am very devestated and very much heartbroken over the demise of my marriage and for the upset of my family….I wanted nothing more to overcome the challenges we faced but failed.

Much like before, I don’t really care about these two unless Shanna Moakler gets naked again. I’ve only heard of her one time in the past 5 years and I don’t think I’ve ever heard Travis speak. Or it could be when Blink 182 came on tv my finger magically hit the mute button.
