Tyrese can’t catch a break. Earlier this month, Amber Tamblyn pretended to be Amber Rose and trolled Tyrese pretty hard. He didn’t figure it out until after the third fake track she sent him for their future album.

Now there’s this rumor (emphasis on rumor because this has to be fake) going around that Michael Bay has forbid Tyrese from publicly stating their friends by way of an informal cease and desist.

Tyrese has gone on the interview circuit proclaiming how cool he and Transformers director Michael Bay are. The only issue with that is Michael Bay doesn’t want to be associated with Tyrese. Bay and his attorneys sent a cease and desist letter to Tyrese. To add insult to injury, Tyrese was hit with a restraining order by the Hollywood director.

Sources close to the situation say Bay filed the restraining order when he heard Tyrese was going around telling industry insiders he and Bay were close friends. Michael Bay’s cousin Susan commented on the matter, stating, “Michael Bay has a cease and desist on Tyrese, and a restraining order on Tyrese. Michael didn’t like when Tyrese was calling out his name on television, like they were boys. Everywhere Tyrese went, he was calling out Michael’s name. Mike didn’t like that sh*t.” Foxync

Then there’s this site that says it’s just a demand that Tyrese stop name dropping Michael Bay.

First of all, how big is Michael Bay’s ego that he thinks he can forbid someone from calling him a friend. Second of all, I wonder how Tyrese felt after Michael sent him a notice that they weren’t boys. Can you imagine finding out not even that dbag wants to be your friend? You might as well just kill yourself.

Amber Tamblyn (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, House) was cc’d on an email list a mutual friend of hers and Tyrese Gibbons (Transformers) sent out. Having the middle name Rose, her email address was registered so it looked like her name was Amber Rose aka Kanye’s ex. Turns out Tyrese saw the address and assumed that’s who it was. Tyrese took the opportunity to email her about laying down some tracks together. Being engaged to David Cross for a reason, Amber couldn’t help but to troll Tyrese with a few demos. Tyrese Gibson (of Fast and Furious and Transformers) saw my name cc’d on an email that a mutual friend sent out and thought I was the model ex girlfriend of Kanye West, Amber Rose. (My middle name is Rose and my email adress is registered as Amber Rose). I’ve never met Tyrese before. He pulled my email addy from that cc list and emailed me wanting to work on an album together. So I recorded my demos on my iPhone and sent them to him. I guess you could call them Awareness Raps? I am the Hilary Clinton of Ghostface Killahs.

Police are investigating allegations that Tyrese punched his pregnant girlfriend twice in the stomach this morning. From TMZ,

Police sources tell us that Tyrese’s live-in girlfriend claimed that the two got into a heated argument around 5:30 AM at their Los Angeles home. According to our sources, paramedics responded after Tyrese allegedly struck the woman, who is five months pregnant, twice in the stomach and then drove away from the scene.

There are easier ways of getting an abortion and he really should have thought about them before he tried to do it himself. Has the man ever heard of an industrial vacuum cleaner? I mean at five months the baby is on it’s way so Tyrese most likely just retarded it or at the very least gave it a lopsided head. On the bright side, the birth will be like opening up a Christmas present.
