79-year-old Lawrence of Arabia actor Omar Sharif slapped a woman in the face on the red carpet at the Qatar film festival this morning after she cut in line. He followed up by telling her to wait her turn.

While it’s unclear whether or not Omar actually made contact with her face, a reporter tweeted, “Omar Sharif just hit a woman. Very stupidly, in front of a camera.”

Though that didn’t affect the fan’s spirits because she still posed for a photo with Omar like nothing happened. Maybe she just knows you have to pay the ferryman if you want to go for a ride.

Sharif has a long history of getting physical with people — back in 2003, he attacked a cop in a Paris casino and in 2007, he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery for beating up a Beverly Hills parking attendant. TMZ

Calls to Omar’s people have not been returned. Possibly because they’re all having heart attacks.

Although, I don’t see what the big deal is. He just did what all of us want to do when we see someone cut in line. If it wasn’t for pesky laws and “social etiquette,” I’d be slapping someone every other day.

Mary J. Blige thought her husband Kendu Isaacs was flirting with a waitress at her record release party at M2 Tuesday night. She quickly resolved the situation by punching him in the face like anyone else would have. Page Six details:

“She turned to him and was screaming, ‘You’re not going to ruin my night,’ ” our witness says. “They got up in each other’s faces before someone tried to separate them, at which point she shoved the guy aside, pulled back and popped [Isaacs] in the face.” The source said Blige, Isaacs and their entourage were whisked through a door to the attached club Pink, which was closed. Our witness relates, “She was yelling at him, ‘What are you gonna do, Chris Brown me?’ Four of her bodyguards and two of the club’s kept them apart.” Isaacs was kicked out. Blige went to the bathroom to fix her hair and makeup, but soon fled, creating an uncomfortable scene for partygoers Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Busta Rhymes. Her rep said only, “People lie and don’t know what they’re talking about.”

I like how Mary J. Blige punched him in the face and then lauded over him the fact that he can’t do anything about it because if he did, he’d be a social pariah like Chris Brown and possibly get his ass kicked. What’s even funnier is that that he got thrown out afterward. Women are so dumb sometimes. They think they can get away with anything. Which is sort of dangerous because one day they might run into a guy, let’s call him Chris Brown, who doesn’t give a shit. It’s like if I pushed over a guy in a wheelchair and said, “What are you gonna do about it? Chase me?” Then I did it again to someone else the next day but then they stand up from their chair. Aww, crap. No disability? Well, that’s not fair.

Upon hearing her husband Blake Fielder-Civil had been released from jail, Amy Winehouse cut short her 71-day vacation in St. Tropez and grabbed the first flight back to London to save her relationship. However, it was not without incident.

Winehouse went off on a guy who she thought was “giving her the eye.” A friend said, “she was nervous about coming back and seeing Blake so it didn’t take much to push her over the edge.” No one knows what “strange looks” Amy was referring to, but you can probably guess the guy was checking out Amy and praying she didn’t come over and kick his ass. A recent poll shows that’s the number one concern among passengers flying with Amy Winehouse. Coming in second was “flying sober.”
