Zachery Ty Bryan, Brad Taylor on Home Improvement, filed suit in excess of $25,000 against Choice Hotels International over an altercation that took place at a hotel in San Diego. The document alleges Zach went across the street to buy a Gatorade and upon returning after midnight, the hotel wouldn’t let him back in his room because it wasn’t registered under his name.

Brad says he tried to explain his wife was in the room, but management refused to call the suite. During the argument, an off-duty manager came from behind and tasered him in the neck. A hotel employee tells TMZ that “Zach went nuts on the staff, a lot of alcohol was involved, and tasering the dude was the only safe bet.”

Tasering is always the only safe bet. Especially when people are walking away because that’s when they least expect it. Once in a while when I win an argument and the guy shuffles away, I’ll sneak up behind him and taser him just to show my dominance. “Yea, what up bitch. Not so tough now are we Mr. I’m so cool because I’m an 8th grader.”
