Forget what you know about John Lennon and Yoko Ono. In the autobiography of Jenny Kee, a Chinese fashion designer, she claims to be John Lennon’s first Asian conquest when she was only 17.
“He chose me. He said: ‘I’ve never been with an Asian girl before’,” she said.
“There was wall-to-wall security, but we pressed all the buttons in the lift until it jammed, and that’s how we got onto the stairwell and met them,” Kee said.
“There was no holding back.”
I can see why John Lennon swept this one under the rug. Banging a circus clown is an experience best left unshared.
