Oprah gives away $300,000

On a show that aired Monday, today, Oprah gave each of her 300 audience members $1,000. The catch is they have to spend the money on someone they don’t know. The $1,000 is in the form of a debit card and judging by how rich Oprah is, she probably has some tracking system tied to the card numbers.

“I can honestly say that every gift I’ve ever given has brought at least as much happiness to me as it has to the person I’ve given it to,” the 52-year-old talk-show host said. “That’s the feeling I want to pass on to you.”

I’ve always said Oprah was an ass. Now I have proof. She thinks she’s so clever, but I’ll show her. I’ll show her good.
