Patrick Dempsey’s first wife claims he was abusive towards her during their marriage. He was 21 and she was 47 when they married and cited the common irreconcilable differences reason for the divorce. In court papers obtained by The National Enquirer (it’s like the new TMZ), Rochelle “Rocky” Parker claims
that Dempsey once broke her finger in a car door and further charged that “while we were on the set of his [1987] movie ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ he beat me up because he wanted to see what it was like to beat a woman,” the tab is reporting.
Do you hear that? That’s the sound of awkward silence. Anybody can beat their wives. It takes a real man to do it because they want to see what it’s like. It’s like how I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die. Wait, those two sound awfully similar. Must be some wacky coincidence.
