Nicole Richie’s lawyer entered a not guilty plea on charges of driving under the influence. Nicole Richie was not required to appear because it was a misdemeanor. As a result of a DUI conviction in 2003, Nicole may face 90 days to a year in jail and pay a $390 to $1,000 fine if convicted.
The 25-year-old Richie was arrested after 911 callers reported seeing her car headed the wrong way on a freeway in Burbank about 12:30 a.m. She was found alone in her SUV, which was stopped in a car-pool lane but facing the right way when California Highway Patrol officers arrived.
This retard was driving the wrong way on the freeway. Then she admits she smoked marijuana and took Vicodin. Not guilty? Perhaps Nicole Richie doesn’t know what’s going on. It’s possible she thinks DUI means eating more than one salad a day like those fatties who weigh in the triple digits. Disgusting.
