Madonna might lose her baby

A court appointed official assigned to shadow Madonna and assess her ability to take care of adopted baby David Banda has been denied permission to travel to Britain. The Minister of Women and Child Development accused the official, Penstone Kilembe, of obtaining a plane ticket and money from Madonna without government approval.

“We have already contacted Madonna that someone else and not Kilembe will come to asses her, because we feel Mr. Kilembe personalized the whole issue when other people can go,” the Minister told the newspaper.

“What this means is that the whole adoption process may crumble and David sent back to his village,” he told Reuters.

If I was David, I wouldn’t want to go back. I’d be so used to eating pheasant and exotic desserts that there’s no way I’m returning to Malawi to survive on ants crawling out of a log. A month from now if they try to take him away, don’t be surprised to read the headline, “Baby Rambo spears government official.”
