Amy Winehouse’s dad, Mitch, says he exaggerated the severity of his daughter’s emphysema. He went on BBC radio and clarified that Amy is only showing signs of the lung disease and that if she quits drugs, her lungs would heal completely. Which sort of makes sense because Amy Winehouse was released from the hospital today, eight days after first being admitted for “fainting.”
