Mischa Barton is out of work

You’ve probably heard by now through the internet grapevine that Mischa Barton’s new series, The Beautiful Life, executive produced by Ashton Kutcher, has been canceled two episodes in due to poor ratings. Only 1.1 million tuned in for its second episode. If you have no idea what this show is about, that’s good. It’ll be easier to push this abortion out of your mind. Loosely based on executive producer Ashton Kutcher’s days as a model, Life featured Barton, 23, as a supermodel and veteran of the high-fashion circuit who is struggling to keep on top and is danger of slipping. Corbin Bleu and Elle MacPherson also starred.

On the bright side, this gives Mischa more time to work on her mouth problems. I’m sure she’s going to be blaming the cancellation on that. When people ask her about it in interviews, she’ll point to her mouth with both hands and scream, “My teef!”
