Gwyneth Paltrow gushed over her trainer Tracey Anderson’s workouts in her latest Goop. She even posted a video of Tracey demonstrating the arm exercises she taught Gwyneth to do while she was preparing for Iron Man.

What a total ripoff. How much is she paying this girl? This is like how white girls do Beyonce’s Single Ladies dance. You could get the same effect by holding 3 pound weights and making little circles with your arms. If a personal trainer told me to do this, I’d throw my hands in the air and walk away because of how ridiculous this is. You could learn the same moves from an epileptic.
