The Paula Haggis’ video for We Are The World 25 debuted on Friday. It features a creepy Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson duet and other faces you may recognize include everyone in pop music and Vince Vaughn because, sure, why not? Lil’ Wayne is auto-tuning even though he’s supposed to be serving a year sentence at Rikers soon and Michael Jackson is already in it. All that’s missing is for Joe Jackson to turn MJ’s body into a marionette and make him moonwalk at the end.

we are the world should not have been about american supremacy of vocal artist. it should have been about the world of vocal artist who have continually tried to make a change in our world through their art. i’m disappointed.
i would have loved to see the haitian vocal artist as well as the many other third world vocal artist sing we are the world because they are the world and we america have become the teacher.
