JWoww and the other guys from The Jersey Shore (not pictured) hit up the gym for filming. Here you can see JWoww getting a nice fake workout by hitting the bags and jumping rope. Although I’d imagine it’d be hard to concentrate when your instructor keep going, “Bouncy, bouncy!” Anyway, after she finished, JWoww cooled down with a nice, relaxing guido Gatorade. A perfect rejuvenatory refreshment for those tiring workouts.
