Dennis Hopper died at his home at 8:15 AM Saturday morning surrounded by family. Hopper was suffering from prostate cancer and was going through a messy divorce. He’s best known for directing and starring in 1969’s Easy Rider but I’ll best know him for one of my favorite movies, Blue Velvet. A better bio for Hopper is here.
First Gary Coleman and now Dennis Hopper. If celebrity deaths really do come in threes, here’s hoping the next one is Spencer Pratt.
Wait. Does Simon Monjack count as a celebrity death? God, I hope not.
What am I, chopped liver?
i submit for the record that ronnie james dio was most certainly a celebrity, to anyone who isn’t a vapid douche and pays attention to the history of music. just sayin.’
