Rachel Uchitel will do Playboy

Rachel Uchitel became famous for having an affair with Tiger Woods. Naturally, she’s agreed to pose for Playboy. However, per the contract, she won’t do full frontal and she’s allowed to pull out any time she wants.

Rachel hedged when we asked her about a Playboy offer on TMZ Live on Friday — but we found out that Tiger Woods’ #1 mistress has already struck an agreement. A source close to the mag tells us Rachel has the right to pull out any time before the shoot goes down — which is in three weeks.

How does a person who’s only famous for sleeping with a married celebrity hold Playboy hostage in contract negotiations? Anybody else and Playboy would laugh at them about the full frontal clause, yet they somehow bend to Rachel’s demands. If this were me in negotiations and Rachel tried to pull the no frontal thing on me, I’d remind her who holds the real power by clearing my throat and tapping my finger on my checkbook.
