Lindsay Lohan could be charged for this

FOX411 talked to a fancy public defender named Stacy Schneider who said Lindsay Lohan could be charged with contempt if the “F**K U” written on her fingernail was directed toward the court. “She could have an entire extra sentence heaped on top of her current one. If the judge were angry enough, it could run even consecutively.” Another fancy public defender from LA, Greg Apt, agreed describing Lindsay’s fingernail art as a creative way to land in contempt of court. “The judge could hold her in direct contempt, which could be between three to five days in jail for vulgarity,” said Apt.

Lindsay may well be an idiot but this shows the justice system is ridiculous. So Lindsay wrote “F**K U” on her fingernail. So what? The court is acting like a butt hurt fat kid who tattles to the teacher when people make fun of him. Wah wah, Lindsay hurt the court’s feelings. Whatever. I’m sure the judge will get over it. Besides, if Lindsay’s lawyer was smart enough, she could argue it was directed at the TMZ cameras. This is pretty much pointless.
