Lindsay Lohan is crazy now

Lindsay Lohan is battling accusations that the “F**K U” written on her fingernail were directed at the judge. Lindsay had the bright idea of going on Twitter to clear things up. The first thing she writes was that it was a joke and had nothing to do with the court. Sure. Okay. That’s fine. But then things get a little weird.

– @liana_levi didn’t we do our nails as a joke with our friend dc? it had nothing to do w/court.. it’s an airbrush design from a stencil xx
– It is clearly stated in Article 5 of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights that….
– , “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”
– this was taken from an article by Erik Luna.. “November 1 marked the 15th anniversary of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines. But there were no
– celebrations, parades, or other festivities in honor of this punishment scheme created by Congress and the U.S. Sentencing Commission….”
– Instead, the day passed like most others during the last 15 years:Scores of federal defendants sentenced under a constitutionally perverted”
– system that saps moral judgment through its mechanical rules.”

The report she links to is about an Iranian woman facing stoning for adultery. As if there’s a correlation between that and Lindsay being given 90 days for hijacking an SUV and speeding down the highway drunk with cocaine in her pockets. Because the situations are so similar, you see. If these two ever met, they’d bond right away. The Iranian woman will complain to Lindsay about woman’s rights in Iran and Lindsay will complain to the Iranian woman about the power hungry judge who sent her to jail for endangering people’s lives.
