Rihanna got a neck tattoo

Rihanna left Eastside Ink in NYC on Tuesday with a new neck tattoo. The day before she was at the same tattoo shop with Matt Kemp to see what it looks like. It would be cool if the tattoo was a hand around her neck with “do not place here” written below it. For her boyfriend’s future reference.
