Dawn Holland Will Not Cooperate

Dawn Holland is the Betty Ford Clinic employee who accused Lindsay Lohan of assaulting her. She even received $10,000 for an interview with TMZ but was later fired by Betty Ford for violating patient confidentiality. With all the noise Dawn was making, Lindsay was looking at six months in jail for violating probation if convicted of criminal battery.

But this is Christmas eve and “miracles” do happen. Dawn has suddenly changed her mind. She’ll drop the criminal complaint and refuse to cooperate with authorities. Dawn’s lawyer tells TMZ, “Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution.” Both recovering addicts, he adds that Holland does not want “in any way shape or form to do anything that would violate Lindsay’s probation or cause an arrest.”

Yea. That or Dina Lohan withdrew a few thousand from her Lindsay Lohan Golden Goose Fund located under her mattress and waved it in front of Dawn’s face. At first she tried it with a Red Lobster coupon but Dawn is apparently a little smarter than Lindsay.
