Lindsay Lohan Asking for a Plea Deal

Hoping this time Lindsay Lohan would be sent to prison and finally learn a lesson? Well, I have some bad news for you. The police report in the Lindsay’s $2,500 grand theft case is riddled with inconsistencies which can only help her case.

In the report, the jeweler first claimed Lindsay had been in the store three times before looking at the stolen necklace. A day later, the story changed and the jeweler said that Lindsay was looking at a ring and had never looked at the necklace.

Then on January 23, the store owner told police, “The surveillance video revealed that as Kaman [owner] was talking to Lindsay’s male friend, Lohan reached up to her neck area with both hands, removed the store necklace, and placed it inside her black Chanel bag.” This story changed the next day as well. The owner then claimed Lindsay walked out of the story with the necklace around the neck. The jeweler said she reviewed the video on a different monitor and saw it differently.

This may not matter though as TMZ says Lindsay wants to cop a plea because she’s terrified of going to prison. She’s willing to plead guilty on February 23 as long as she doesn’t get any jail or prison time. The bad news is the prosecutor wants jail time. The good news is in cases like this with one charge, they can bypass the DA and cut a deal with the judge. Apparently it’s common in these cases for the judge to reduce the offense to a misdemeanor provided Lindsay stays out of trouble for 12 months. So, yea. There’s a good chance this girl is doing time.

Asking Lindsay to stay out of trouble for 12 months is like wearing a meat sweater and asking a hungry bear not to attack you.
