Lindsay Lohan Could Take the Plea Bargain
Apparently there’s no way Lindsay Lohan can avoid jail time in her necklace theft case even though she whines to every media outlet that she’s innocent and people are out to get her. As Charlie Sheen would say, video evidence doesn’t lie, scoreboard doesn’t lie.
Sources tell TMZ Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley has been talking to the DA about a plea but the DA insists on six months in jail. Holley will now meet with Judge Schwartz next week to see what sentence the judge will give if Lindsay pleads guilty or no contest.
Sources familiar with the case and Judge Schwartz believe His Honor would probably go for a three-month sentence.
Our sources say both Meyers and Holley believe Lindsay will only do 20% of the actual sentence because of overcrowding. So, if Judge Schwartz gave Lindsay three months, she’d only serve 18 days.
A little over half a month in jail is nothing for Lindsay. Not like she has anything better to do besides sit around in an empty room and cry to herself. That’s pretty much what she does now anyway.

Yes, she wore the necklace and it’s on video. But that’s because she was trying it on at a store which frequently lends them out to stars in exchange for publicity. The newer video also shows her asking the person in the store what they thought of the necklace along with her friend. Also, how likely is it someone steals it without trying to conceal it?
