An A-List Celeb is Spreading Herpes Intentionally

TMZ obtained a recently filed lawsuit alleging “An A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally” knowingly exposed a sex partner to the herpes virus. The suit doesn’t name the celeb or the plantiff so this whole thing is essentially a huge blind item worth $20 million. Not only that, the suit doesn’t even say whether the plantiff is a man or woman.

The plantiff alleges they met in Las Vegas on April 1. The celeb, who is worth in excess of $100 million, “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plantiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires.”

The document goes on to claim the celeb said he had “no venereal diseases.” They then watched porn and engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse.” Then the suit drops another bombshell. It was all videotaped.

Per the lawsuit, filed by Keith Davidson, the plantiff contracted herpes. They say the celeb knew he had herpes and lied to the plantiff to satisfy his desires. They want $20 million in damages.

TMZ has also learned the plantiff has multiple videos of the sex acts which has sparked a bidding war. Youporn has offered $1 million and another company is offering more. Another niche bug chasing website is willing to bid higher for the tapes.

Now the question is who’s going to play this pointless guessing game? Jude Law, Collin Ferrell, John Travolta… the list of potential stars goes on. Will this suit even make it to court? A celebrity who’s worth in excess of $100 million will settle this for $5 million and they’ll make sure the video never gets out. If you’re wondering why they even made a video in the first place, “as the [celebrity] expressed, so they could relive the magic over — and over — again.”

On the other hand, maybe infecting this person with herpes was a big April Fool’s prank and the plantiff can’t take a joke. Gosh, lighten up, plantiff.

@Quatto, agreed. Voluntarily spreading this to anyone is horrible and if you read the story, it’s how devious this celeb was in spreading it.
