Lindsay Tests Positive for Alcohol, May Go Back to Jail

Just yesterday Life & Style released an interview where Lindsay Lohan said, “I’ve been having a lot of work-related meetings. Sometimes my friends come over. And I get to see my sister, Ali, which is nice. … When my friends come over, they’re not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not a part of my life.”

Fast forward to later that day when Radar reported, “Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn’t consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow.”

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol on June 12 and June 13. This was when she idiotically had a little party with her friends at her Venice beach house in plain view of paparazzi. That was the equivalent of waving around a severed head screaming, “Yoo hoo, cops.”

Now Lindsay is due back in court today where the judge will most likely sentence her to two days of watching Tiny Toons reruns.

Meanwhile, the electronic monitoring company doing her house arrest says they won’t monitor her anymore. “They don’t want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation. The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest.”
