Kim Kardashian Is Suing Old Navy

Old Navy ran a commercial featuring a Kim Kardashian look-a-like named Melissa Molinaro and now Kim is suing because there can only be one second-rate Kim Kardashian and that’s the real Kim Kardashian.

Kim alleges Old Navy intentionally used a look-a-like to trick people into thinking Kim was shilling for Old Navy. Kim’s also pissed that Old Navy has been tagging Kim in their tweets to gain even more publicity. One of the tweets reads, “@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?” LOL WAT? For their crimes, Kim is asking Old Navy to fork over $15 to $20 million.

Kim makes money by basically shopping and eating while a film crew follows her around. But she has to diversify her portfolio so now she’s suing companies who hire people who faintly resemble her and a hundred other nondescript girls in LA. She’s a smart businesswoman.
