Nicki Minaj was at the MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam Party at State 37 in NYC Wednesday dressed like this. She’s. So. Bright. She looks like a lollipop you get from the fair. And what’s with those 10-inch eyelashes. All she has to do is bat them once and she’ll take off like that house from Up.

While Nicki is obnoxiously bright, she does seem very helpful. Sometimes I forget where to put it.
