On Thursday, Miley Cyrus tweeted the above photo of her new obsession, “@jennahip nail foundations.” Ever since then, people have been running around flailing their arms over their heads wondering if that diamond ring means Miley is engaged. The answer? Uh, I don’t know. What do I look like, her boyfriend?
