Lindsay Lohan Still Hasn’t Paid Her $40K Tanning Bill

9 months ago, a Nevada judge ordered Lindsay Lohan to pay a $40,000 tanning salon bill for the 50 gallons of bronzer she used and never paid for. She’s yet to do so. Now the salon is trying to get the case moved to California so they can put a lien on Lindsay’s assists to “satisfy the judgement.”
