Megan looks the best she has looked in a while in this pic. It looks like she finally may have eased off the retarded lip injections. Also her cheek injections that were inflamed like billy the saw puppet looks like they settled a fair amount, still a bit off, but maybe Meg will have learned a lesson in injectables finally.
