Amanda Bynes Could Face a Year in Jail for Hit-And-Run

The LA City Attorney decided it had enough evidence to charge Amanda Bynes with two counts of misdemeanor hit-and-run for two separate incidents where she hit a car and fled the scene. If convicted on both counts, she faces up to a year in jail.

The second incident she was charged for, cops were confident the damage to the victim’s car matched the damage to Amanda’s. She’ll be in court again on September 27. No word on if she’ll call on Obama for help again. He hasn’t done anything for her yet. But things could be different this time around. Amanda just knows it!
