Miley Cyrus Shows Off Her Cockatoo Hair at VMAs

Miley Cyrus showed off her Pink-esque cockatoo hairstyle at the VMAs yesterday. It was, um, interesting. She was also wearing a low-cut gown which must have been held up by special breast super glue because there’s no way that dress stays up without it unless the VMAs took place on the moon this year.
