Back in the day, gastric bypass was all the rage for the morbidly obese who no longer wanted to be morbidly obese. Now they have fancy lap band surgery which sounds way less technical and more consumer friendly. Basically, if you don’t want to put in the work to lose weight by exercising and dieting, this is what you’d get. Hence, why Jessica Simpson went to two doctors to try and get it but ended up being denied by both.
“After having her daughter Maxwell, Jessica felt there was no way she could ever lose the weight on her own because she has struggled so much in the past and her post partum weight seemed to be growing,”
“So like a true Hollywood girl, she sought out a quick surgical fix – lap band surgery!”
However, health experts wisely advised the Dukes of Hazzard star that a quick fix wasn’t the answer following the May 1 birth, and after seeking out two different doctors for opinions, “she was persuaded to keep pushing to do it the natural way,” said her pal.
Well, of course her post partum weight was growing. She was probably on the same eat-everything-in-sight diet as she was pre partum where she was growing faster than Fibonacci sequence.
cuz laziness doesn’t work?
