Nick Lachey Choked a Guy, Called His Wife a B*tch

New details are coming out about why Nick Lachey was ejected from Qualcomm Stadium during the Chargers vs. Bengals game on Sunday. It’s definitely not because he attempted an impromptu solo rendition of Because of You as previously believed. No. A man alleges Nick was thrown out for something a little less egregious. Choking him and calling his wife a “f*cking b*tch”

The incident started when Nick and his friends were trash talking the guy over his Olshansky #99 jersey. When one of his comments went too far, the man’s wife said, “Well, he lasted longer than your boy band.”

Nick supposedly flipped out — words hurt :( — and called her a f*cking b*tch “along with a host of other profanities.” A few moments later, things got even more heated, possibly even to 99 Degrees, and the Chargers fan says Nick lunged at him, grabbed him by the throat and shoved him to the ground.

Security came and asked Nick to leave but not the Charger’s fan. Nick later went on Twitter writing, “I simply don’t appreciate someone turning around and putting their finger in my face. call me crazy, but that deserved a reaction.”

He pretty much confirmed the reports but Nick’s rep tried to pretend that tweet never happened by sticking her fingers in her ears and telling TMZ, “This is a gross misrepresentation of what happened. It was nothing but a spirited debate between fans of opposing teams. At no point did Nick say anything derogatory to the man’s wife and anything to suggest the contrary is simply untrue.”
