‘Glee’ Star Accused of Sexual Battery

Glee star Mark Salling has been sued by a woman who claims he forced her to have sex with him bareback. Roxanne Gorzela alleges she and Mark began dating in September 2010. In March 2011, they hooked up before she was set to go on a trip to Canada. Roxanne admits that she consented to sex with Mark but only if he wore a condom.

According to the suit, Mark, who was probably all like, “condoms suck, bro,” ignored her request and started to “insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.”

Roxanne said she objected and Mark “pulled out but re-engaged without a rubber.” Me thinks this man is confused about how the pull out method works.

Roxanne goes on to say that later that month, she went to Mark’s house to confront him and that’s when she found him in bed with another woman. Roxanne says she demanded he prove he had no STDs and he allegedly reacted by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground (TMZ has a pic of the alleged injuries). Me thinks this man is also confused about how a STD test works.

Roxanne went to the cops and filed a police report on the same day. She’s now asking for unspecified damages.

Salling’s publicist responded saying, “There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success. We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”

As if anyone expected a different response. Telling the press, “Yea? So what? She totally asked for it. Sort of,” probably wouldn’t be the best way to handle this.
