Bryan Norwood, the police chief in Richmond, Virginia who signed off on Chris Brown’s community service hours that the DA say were fraudulent, has resigned. Norwood had also written a letter to the court vouching for Chris claiming all his hours had been served. According to TMZ, the Mayor of Richmond and Norwood reached a “mutual agreement” for resignation.
Norwood’s resignation can’t be a good sign for Chris Brown. It’s pretty much an admission that those two were buddy buddy and he at the very least gave Brown preferential treatment. As he should have. Chris is a celebrity. They should have their asses kissed 24/7.
