Seth Meyers Will Replace Jimmy Fallon

In a lateral move of late night funny, NBC has confirmed that SNL’s Seth Meyers will be taking over Late Night when Jimmy Fallon heads to The Tonight Show.

Said Seth to EW, “I only have to work for Lorne for five more years before I pay him back for the time I totaled his car. Twelve-thirty on NBC has long been incredible real estate. I hope I can do it justice.”

Fantastic. Now I have more reason not to watch The Tonight Show and Late Night. Watching Jimmy Fallon is like watching someone come down from a cocaine high and watching Seth Meyers is like, well, I don’t know because I haven’t watched SNL in 10 years.
