Liam Gallagher Booted Idris Elba’s Hat Across the Room

Liam Gallagher cleared up a rumor about what happened between him and Idris Elba (Prometheus, The Wire) at the NME Awards. In one of the more hilarious celebrity “fights,” Liam explained that Idris messed up his hair so he took Idris’ hat off his head and kicked it across the room. Liam still doesn’t know who Idris Elba is.

“He messed my f**king hair up, so I pulled his hat off and booted it across the room and that’s it… yeah, give a s**t.” When the DJ commented that Elba was “gigantic,” Liam went on, “I don’t give a f**k. I didn’t know who he was.” Adding, “I still don’t know who he is and I don’t give a f**k who he is. You don’t touch a man’s hair cut, man. Especially if you’ve got a red bobbly hat on. It’s not f**king Crossroads is it? You know what I mean? So let’s get that one straight, he f**ked my hair up, so the hat got it.”

I guess this is one of the better ways to get even with the 6’3” Elba. I mean, the guy can’t really punch you in the face for kicking his hat. Then he’d look like the gigantic douche and it’s really not good to be out-douching Liam Gallagher.
