Kanye West Won’t be Prosecuted for Attack

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Kanye West will not be charged with any crime in connection with the paparazzo attack last week.

LAPD robbery detectives are investigating but sources say it’s very unlikely they’ll charge Kanye with anything because there’s no proof he was actually trying to steal the photog’s camera. You know, except for that video evidence.

We’re told cops will send the attempted robbery file to the D.A. and they expect it will be rejected within days.

The next step — the file goes to the L.A. City Attorney for a possible misdemeanor criminal battery prosecution.   But here’s why that won’t happen.  We’re told Kanye is willing to ante up some cash to make the case go away, and it’s perfectly legal.  It’s called a civil compromise and it’s done everyday.

This is probably unpopular opinion, but good. Everyone wants to knock Kanye down a peg and so do I, but this photog is a pussy. The guy flopped harder than Lebron. It didn’t even look like he was injured. It looked like he had an asthma attack from all that intense grabbing. I figure his acting like a little girl and Kanye’s attempted mugging cancel each other out.
