You’re not going to believe this, but I have some surprising news about Leonardo DiCaprio’s new girlfriend. She’s a 24-year-old model. Shocking, I know. Her name is Kat Torres and she’s signed under Elite Model management in Paris.

The former 2012 Miss Caieiras beauty queen from Sao Paulo confirmed to a Brazilian newspaper that she’s dating DiCaprio. ‘I met Leo in Cannes. We were staying in the same house at the festival.’ She wouldn’t say anything more because they have an agreement that they wouldn’t talk about their relationship. Wait, whoops. Looks like this won’t be lasting long.

‘In Europe it is different. People see us together in many places so they do not need to ask us about anything.’

Torres who is 1’57m tall also revealed that DiCaprio is protective of his privacy, adding: ‘He doesn’t like being photographed and barely goes out walking once people have realized it’s him.’

However, a source close to DiCaprio says the two aren’t dating and that Torres’ story is “completely false.” Which might be true. Maybe “model I’m banging” means something completely different in Portuguese.
