Sorry, Bro, You Look Nothing Like Justin Bieber

Meet 33-year-old aspiring songwriter Toby Sheldon. He’s been following Justin Bieber since 2008. He’s also spent the past 5 years and $100,000 on plastic surgery to look like the 19-year-old. He’s had a chin reduction, eyelid surgery, multiple hair transplants and face fillers.

His plastic surgery addiction began when he started having treatments to prevent his hair from thinning at 23. It went into overdrive in 2008 when Bieber hit it big. Says Sheldon, “Once Justin shot to fame his face was everywhere and all I kept thinking when I saw his picture was, ‘I want to look like him.'” This dude has real problems.

It took him $21,000 and three hair transplants to get Bieber’s hair. They had to “accurately lower his hair line, close off his temples and grow back his bangs.”

But he didn’t stop there. “By using Justin’s charming baby face as my inspiration, I’ve been able to restructure my entire look to maintain a much more youthful appearance through plastic surgery.” He ended up having his face and lips plumped with filler for a more youthful appearance. Did I say youthful? I meant ridiculous.

Next were Botox and Aquamid injections to his forehead and temples. In 2012, he lifted his upper eyelids for $4,850. He had to go to eight different surgeons until one of them would agree to do the procedure. They all thought he was crazy to obsess over such tiny detail. But look at him now! Who’s the crazy one now! Ahahahha!

His latest procedure was a 3-part smile procedure. “But the more I started studying Justin and young people in general it’s really their smile that gives them their youthful glow. If you look closely, you’ll notice that when younger people just barely have their mouths open they naturally show their top teeth, giving them a sort of natural and effortless smile.” Sheldon paid a Beverly Hills surgeon $30,000 to lift his upper lip, turn out his bottom lip and turn up the corners of his mouth to give him a permanent smile. Not unlike The Joker.

He also lipo’d his chin and had fat from his chin moved to his hands, lips and under his eyes.

$100,000 later, he looks like he does up top. That is to say, nothing like Justin Bieber. Don’t tell him that though. “Between our similar hairstyles, baby faced smile and overall youthful appearance I finally look like Justin Bieber and I couldn’t be happier about it.”

Sheldon exclaimed, “My friends shower me with compliments. They even call me Toby Bieber.”

And I’m sure they’re totally not sarcastic when they say that.

One question everyone seems to be glossing over though is where the hell an aspiring singer-songwriter got $100,000 for plastic surgery? Are we just going to pretend that isn’t weird?
