Celebrities Dressed Up for Bootsy Bellows

Bootsy Bellows hosted a Halloween party on Thursday and a few d-listers showed up dressed as the usual. Joanna Krupa dressed as an angel, David Arquette dressed as a Space Clown, Carmen Electra dressed in a leather outfit and a red wig (not sure what she was going for there) and Kelly Osbourne dressed as a prom queen who just got done with a messy abortion. What’s that? Carrie? What about Carrie?
