Megyn Kelly of Fox News wants you kids to know that no matter what anyone says, two fictional and symbolic characters, Santa Claus and Jesus, are both white. These are verifiable facts. A man in a sea of Middle Easterners and a dude who flies a reindeer-powered sleigh dropping presents off in a span of 24 hours? White. Truth. Look it up.
Kelly and friends were discussing a recent Slate article written by Aisha Harris who argued that Santa shouldn’t be portrayed as a white man anymore and suggested he be a penguin instead.
Kelly explained to the confused kids watching Fox News, “By the way, for all you kids watching at home, Santa just is white but this person is just arguing that maybe we should also have a black Santa.” So don’t worry white children of the world. Your deity is safe. And you non-white people? You may continue not relating.
Four white people on tv discussing a black person’s article. Interesting.
And where does it say 4 white people can’t discuss the idiotic comments a back person makes? No law against stupid!
And…what? Oh, you must be enlightened. Thanks for the “insight,” skippy.
Jesus was not fictional. Nice try, troll!
The Santa we know comes from an actual person, a Bishop in the IV century who gave gifts. Verifiable fact…. Wikipedia it!
Also, verifiable fact, he was Turkish.
Jesus was a looney arab that thought saying he was gods son would get him laid.
Yeah, by all means, let’s lose sleep over what color Santa is. Personally, I prefer a plaid Santa. Morons…
